The beautiful two-bedroom cottage is of good proportions and is maintained to an excellent standard, reflected in No. 8 Boynton receiving the Visit Britain 4 star self-catering accommodation award for the fourth consecutive year.

Personal touches include welcome refreshments, fresh flowers, a bottle of wine and selective bathroom toiletries. All bedroom linen, duvets, towels and kitchen linen are provided, and all electricity and oil-fuelled central heating is included.

No. 8 is non-smoking and we are sorry, but no pets are allowed.

 Entrance is via a porch, leading into a well-equipped modern kitchen with microwave, hob and oven, fridge and washer/drier.
 A separate dining room with period furniture, original Yorkist range and flagstone floor.
 A living room with a colour television, video, DVD and CD system.

 A double bedroom with canopied half-tester bed and period fireplace (not in use).
 A twin bedroom with matching furniture.
 A large bathroom with a corner bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and handbasin.

Outdoors

 There is a large lawned area at the front of the property.
 Garden furniture and BBQ are provided.
 There is ample off-road parking.
